  • In any account you have given us the wrong address, we are not liable for the contents of the package and are not obligated to give you a refund. In any account that a package is lost or stolen and you have not paid for shipping with insurance, we are not liable for the contents of the package and are not obligated to give you a refund.  Once your package has shipped, we will send you an email with a shipment tracking number.   

  • We want you to be happy and confident with your purchase. We double check all orders prior to shipping. In the event of an item arriving damaged, please inform The Pros Brand, LLC immediately or as soon as possible and certainly no later than within 7 days of delivery by filling out the contact form or emailing directly to info@theprosbrand.com, please include your order number.   Any damaged goods reported later than this time frame will not be accepted. Once we have confirmed receipt of faulty or damaged goods a replacement or store credit will be arranged for you.​​

RETURN POLICY​

  • Exchange/Return Policy.

  • * Merchandise must be returned within 15 calendar days of the delivery date to receive a refund, exchange or store credit.

  • * Merchandise returned after 15 days and before 30 days of received date are only eligible for store credit.

  • * Merchandise cannot be returned and/or exchanged after 30 days of received date.

  • * Merchandise must be Unworn, Unused, Unwashed and in its original packaging and tags.

  • *Pre-Sale and Sales may have their own return policy check return policy associated with the pre-sale and/or sale item.

  • *Shipping fees, duties, taxes, customs fees are non-refundable on refused/return packages.

  • Once a package leaves The Pros Brand warehouse, we are not responsible for lost or stolen goods. A claim will have to be opened by the buyer with the shipping company. No refunds or replacements will be sent out until further hearing from the shipping company.
